Pilot Cohort 1 — June 22, 2026
~30 seats. We read every application. Selection prioritizes diversity of stage and industry, and a clear, specific business problem you want AI to solve.
Applications open now. Pilot cohort launches the week of June 22, 2026 and runs through mid-August. Decisions sent within 7 days of application.
Five scholarship seats per cohort. Email scholarships@theiha.org with a 200-word note. Funded by The Perpetual Engine.

“This tier exists for the founder who’s already running a real business and needs AI to work, not another lecture. Every dollar you put into this cohort keeps Tier 0 free for the founder behind you who can’t pay yet. That’s the whole design.”

Pilot Cohort 1 hasn’t graduated yet — so real graduate stories aren’t here yet either. Nothing on this page is a paid or fabricated endorsement. When the first cohort finishes, their stories replace this one.

Who is this cohort for?
Active SMB owners, early-stage founders, and operators running a real business. You should already have customers (or be very close to your first ones), and have a specific operational problem you want AI to solve. If you're still ideating, start at Tier 1.
What happens if I miss a live session?
Sessions are recorded. You'll have the video, the deck, the breakout prompts, and the assignment within 24 hours. The expectation is to attend at least 6 of 8 live — that's where the cohort momentum lives.
How much weekly time should I budget?
About 6–8 hours: 1.5h live session, 2h cohort + AI tutor work, 2–4h capstone build. Designed to fit around running a business, not replace it.
Tell me about the PPP pricing.
If you are based in Africa Tier 1 (Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Ethiopia, etc.), the price is $349 — a 75% reduction from the US list of $1,495. Caribbean, South Asia, Latin America Tier 1: 50–60% reductions. The certificate, the curriculum, and the cohort are identical. You get the same product.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. ~5 scholarship seats per cohort, prioritized for first-time founders from underrepresented backgrounds. Funded by The Perpetual Engine. Applications reviewed weekly. Email scholarships@theiha.org with a 200-word note about your business and why now.
Pilot Cohort 1 dates?
Week of June 22, 2026 — eight weeks running through mid-August. Weekly session day and time will be announced to admitted applicants two weeks before launch.
Eight weeks from now, one workflow lives in your business that wasn't there before.
That workflow is the proof. For your business. For your next hire. For everything after.
